Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of order being confirmed.
Unable to Deliver
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier partner will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our warehouse and your account will be refunded for the order amount. The refund is applicable only for Pre-paid Orders.
If you cannot locate your delivered order, disputes will only be accepted within 48 hours of the delivery date. Disputes will not be considered for orders delivered more than 48 hours ago or if the delivery was OTP-verified. In such cases, we recommend checking with family members, neighbors, or security personnel who might have received the package on your behalf.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
Only orders that haven't left our warehouse can be cancelled. To cancel an order, please send us an email us at care@nutsdelish.in to register a cancellation request along with the cancellation reason.
We recommend that you wait to receive all the products under your particular order number, before raising a cancellation request, if any, to avoid cancellation charges.
Return Policy
We ensure a proper quality check is done for all products before leaving our warehouse however in an unlikely event where the product is received in damaged condition, a return request must be received within 48 hours of the order being delivered.
The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes) at the time of collection by our courier partner.
To return a product, please send us an email at care@nutdelish.in to register the request stating the reason and attaching supporting images/videos. Once the request is approved, the product to be returned will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the order.
Please note that there will be two reverse pickup attempts done by the delivery agents upon failure of which, customer will be responsible to arrange the return courier of the item to our warehouse.
Items purchased on discount will not be eligible for return.
Refunds
The refund will be processed post quality inspection of the product(s). This may take 3-5 business days post receipt of goods at our warehouse. If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.
Damages due to improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Refund of products due to allergic reactions or reasons like taste, etc is not applicable as the same is subjective to the nature of the user.
Refunds will not be issued for any orders placed on marketplaces or external channels. Refunds are only applicable to purchases made directly through this website.
